Arizona liquor laws don’t allow us to provide the alcohol, but we’ll give you a detailed shopping list, step-by-step instructions, and help coordinate ordering to keep things easy.
when should we book you?
We require a minimum of 30 days notice to book your event, but to ensure that your date is available, we recommend that you book us as soon as you know that your venue allows outside vendors.
what should we expect?
Once you give us a call or inquire on our site, we will reach out for an initial consultation. We want to hear all about your event—your vision, your guests, your ideal bar menu. We will make our recommendations and build the perfect package for you. Then our team will get to work, gathering everything we need to make your event shine, while keeping the process simple and stress-free.
what if my event is open to the public?
If your event is open to the public or you are charging for entry or drinks, not to worry, all you need is a Special Event Coordinator permit. We’re happy to help you through the paperwork and payment process.
will you travel to my event?
Yes, we would love to bring the bar to you—anywhere in Arizona! Our home base is the 85004 zip code, and for events more than 20 miles away, a travel fee of just $2 per mile is included.
